Q. What is LUX FIX?
A. LUX FIX aims to make the thrill of discovery and getting to know and love beautiful things to the virtual world. LUX FIX works hand in hand with designers to offer super-curated luxury with members-only discounts, limited-editions and previews straight to your desk, bringing that thrill of discovery to the virtual world.
Q. How does shopping on LUX FIX work?
A. LUX FIX is a fashion club which offers its members two exciting new ways to shop:
Pop-up Deals: Exclusives, previews and limited-editions available for a strictly limited period of time.
The Boutique: We also have a super-curated selection of our designers’ women’s and men’s accessories available to shop in our permanent collection.
Q.What designers do you work with?
A. LUX FIX has partnered with over 60 of the hottest international and British designers in the fashion world. Our members' feedback is very important to us, if you are interested in a designer who we have not featured please let us know. Q. How can LUX FIX offer one-off prices?
A. We work directly with designers to build buzz around their current season and classic collections. As a member you will have access to one-off prices for our designers’ most coveted items during our exclusive pop-up shops.
Q. What items do you sell on LUX FIX?
A. LUX FIX offers its members exclusive offers on luxury women’s and men’s clothing and accessories and works hand in hand with designers to offer hyper-curated luxury. Love fashion? Our products range from handbags, jewellery, millinery, scarves, beachwear and jackets for her to luggage, leather goods, handkerchiefs and any other wardrobe essentials for the modern dandy.
Q.What are LUX FIX Pop-up Deals?
A. Pop-up deals are exclusives, previews, designers’ picks and limited-edition pieces with members-only pricing exclusively for LUX FIX members.
Customers have a limited time period (normally 1 week) to advantage of the LUX FIX members offer. Most of the items sold will only be available on LUX FIX for the duration of the pop-up shop, however we always try to transfer favourite pieces into the permanent collection.
Q. Are the products genuine? Where do the products come from?
A. As an authorised online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. We work directly with the designers themselves to source all of our stock and we never buy from middlemen.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. This depends on the item and the designer. Each product will show the estimated delivery date and we will keep members updated with the status of their order. See Delivery and Returns.
Q. Do you ship outside of the UK?
A. Yes, we offer free global shipping to all our founder members.
Q. Can I change, cancel or return my order?
A. For order changes and cancellation requests email support@lux-fix.com. See our returns policy for more information.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot currently accept American Express.
Q. Are my personal details safe?
A. We would never share your personal details with anyone without asking your express permission. LUX FIX partners directly with luxury designers who may wish to contact you directly with offers or other content such as sample sales. We will only share your information with them if you choose to engage in an event featuring that designer, and then only to that particular designer.
